A membership allows organizations to manage their members, collect dues, and provide exclusive access to events, content, and benefits. Members receive a digital membership card, can track their activities, and earn points and credentials through their participation.

Only organizations can create and manage memberships. They configure tiers, pricing, benefits, and registration forms. Members join by purchasing or registering through the shared membership link.

Memberships are created through the FeatsClub mobile app:

  1. Navigate to the Memberships tab
  2. Tap 'Create Membership'
  3. Configure membership details (name, duration, pricing, benefits)
  4. Add custom registration form fields (optional)
  5. Save and share the membership link.

Members can join via web or via the FeatsClub app.

FeatsClub supports monthly, yearly, lifetime, and custom durations. Organizations can also set renewal reminders and grace periods.

Each active member receives a digital membership card showing their name, photo, membership tier, validity dates, and a unique QR code for verification. Organizations can scan QR codes at events or venues.

Yes. Organizations can add text fields, multiple choice questions, checkboxes, file uploads, and preset fields. All responses are securely stored and accessible in the member management dashboard.

Organizations can view active, expired, and pending members; search and filter lists; view member profiles; manually add or remove members; extend or cancel memberships; and export member data.

Yes. Organizations can configure member-exclusive pricing for ticketed events. Discounts apply automatically, and member-only events can also be created.

Yes. Members earn points and verifiable credentials through volunteering, events, achievements, and donations. These appear in their FeatsClub portfolio and are shareable or verifiable.

Expired members lose access to member benefits and pricing. Their digital card shows 'Expired.' Members can renew anytime, and their activity history and credentials remain preserved.

Yes. Organizations can prepare a spreadsheet with member details and contact appsupport@featsclub.com for imports. Members then receive activation invitations.

Fees enable organizations to collect payments for classes, programs, workshops, or any recurring or one-time payment. Fees are separate from memberships and can be assigned to individuals or groups.
